All About Sun
All About SunHow about all about Sun includes many studies that are studied when producing sun related products such as suntan lotions that you can use on the beach or self bake or fake bake products that you can apply to your skin yourself. All about Sun incorporates many different facets in producing All About Sun items such as tan in a can spray ons or hand applied lotions. Shades of tan come in a variety of intensities so that you can choose a shade of your choice and apply to your particular skin tone.
All about Sun researchers who manufacture and formulate products such as All About Sun sun products carry out extensive research related to that glistening and dazzling mass of gas in the sky we fondly call the Sun. It is part of our galaxy known as the Milky Way but for those on the beach trying to perfect their tan with hour in the Sun, facts about the Milky Way and the Sun for that matter may have no relevancy at all. The Sun is an gigantic energy source that provides life for all living matter or organic matter.
Our skin for example can only absorb a certain amount of sun particles as they travel over billions of meters away until they reach earth. This is why spending too much time in the Sun is just bad for your health. All About Sun is learning about what to do with your skin and what not to do with your skin when taking into account the harmful forces of radiation.
Sunlight or the rays of the Sun are filled with energy. If you think about it and this can be analysed using sensitive electronic equipment, each ray of sunlight has many small packages of energy that cannot be seen by the human eye. Once these energy packages make contact with the skin this energy must go somewhere.
So skin cells absorb and utilize some of this energy. They produce vitamins. But with excessive amounts of this energy bombarding the skin when in the sun is just too much for the skin and skin tissues to cope with and absorb.
This is why products such as All About Sun are used. To help protect the skin from excessive amounts of heat contained in sunlight. Too much heat very much the same as bringing a flame within close contact of the skin will burn the skin without a doubt.
All About Sun is about minimizing these burns and the probabilities of developing skin conditions such as third or second degree burns which leads to scalding of the skin tissue. This is a painful experience to say the least. The antidote is to use products that provide you with a natural tan without spending time in the sun or very little time in the sun.
This is what All About Sun does and is beneficial to you. It is well advised to use their guidelines in how to apply their formulations. Using their products on a continual basis acts as a preventative measure against skin ailments and this is what All About Sun is about.

Very believable color - without streaks or funny smell! from Glastonbury, CT Verified Purchaser
This is the best self tanner I ever used. The color looks totally natural - brown, not the orange look I've had from virtually every other tanner. The brown color guide helps a lot, so there is not streaking whatsoever. My best advice would be to keep washing your hands frequently as you apply the tanner. The first time I used it, I didn't wash my hands until the end and it took me literally ten minutes to get all the rubbed in color off my hands. I also needed to use a pumice. But the good news is my palms had no hint of color on them in the morning, so the pumice idea is actually great. Review posted 6/25/2012.

Smells great! from pomona, NY
I was weary of trying out this product at first...however I am glad I did. It smells AMAZING. Dries very quickly. It WILL stain your hands, but you can scrub your palms with pumice after if not wearing gloves. It's a nice even application with minimal streaking after day 2 and 3 (like most products) Review posted 7/7/2012.

Very good, realistic color from a self-tanner from Ipswich, MA Verified Purchaser
The best quality of this self-tanner is that it contains a color guide that actually stains your skin (some of it washes off, but part of the color guide remains and is long lasting) and so the color guard tint adds to the DHA self-tanner color...this makes the resulting 'tan' more realistic than a DHA self-tan alone would be. Normally I avoid self-tanners with color guides as they tend to be messy, to stain clothing and look dirty, but this product's color guide actually has a purpose in that it improves the final tan color. That usually isn't the case, especially with most drugstore self-tanners. Also, this product has very little of that unattractive self-tanner scent. Lastly, because the concentration of DHA is quite high, you use less (one or two coats) to get a dark color, but you avoid being orange because of the residual stain of the color guide. The end result is a reddish brown tan color. This is pricey, but will last a long time and a worthwhile investment if you tend to turn orange with self-tanners. Good product! Review posted 11/7/2007.

Best Sun Tanner Ever from Overland Park, KS Verified Purchaser
I love this sun tanner. It's great to mix with the lotion of your choice. It has a bronzer in it as well as a tanner, so you can see where it is and isn't as you're applying it. It's very dark, so it lasts a long time, too. Review posted 10/10/2012.

Very natural looking tan. from Toronto, ON Verified Purchaser
The tan I got was very close to my natural color of a tan. Doesn't have the usual self-tanner scent - smells like almonds. I apply it every other day to maintain the color. Stains hands a lot even if you wash them immediately after and will stain your bedding as well (but washes away without a trace on white sheets). Palms of your hands return to normal color by the afternoon the next day. One bottle lasts for approximately 2-3 weeks with every other day application on a petite body. Review posted 6/16/2012.

The most 'natural-looking' tan I've ever had out of a bottle! LD from Montgomery, AL Verified Purchaser
'Sun' is a terrific self-tanning lotion. You need only to apply it every other day, using regular moisturizing lotion in between, to keep the nice brown tan. There are no orange hues to your skin. People actually have commented. .
