COVID-19

All orders are being processed from our US warehouse as normal. However, we have taken precautions to protect our staff by increasing the amount of space between staff members and limiting the number of people in the warehouse.

Due to these precautions there may be slight delays in the processing of your order. We appreciate your understanding. We will still get all orders out as quickly as possible, and any delays with the shipping carrier is out of our control.

US CUSTOMERS

Orders over $25 on qualifying products are eligible for free shipping in the United States. All orders received before 1 pm (PDT) are dispatched at latest the next business day and delivered within 2-7 business days. All orders are fully traceable and notification will be emailed to you.

CANADA CUSTOMERS

We are in the process of setting up GST/HST collection to give you a full upfront cost. Until then, you will be responsible for paying for GST/HST on your order AFTER it has already arrived into Canada. This will be payable to the shipping partner.
